Jazz Band
The jazz program at SVHS was re-established this year with the creation of SVJazz! Initially a part of the 4th block Concert Band class, SVJazz will become its own ensemble in 2024-2025 with a focus on being a "gig band" that is able to go out and perform in the community. This year, the jazz band's inaugural performance was at the Shelton State Jazz Festival, followed by the SVHS spring concert.
